Betaine as a methyl group donor is involved in the methylation process, converting homocysteine into methionine. As an organic osmolyte, it supports the mineral and water balance and helps to maintain the cells’ volume, protecting them against dehydration, especially in heat stress conditions. ActiBeet® improves the overall animal performance and fertility, as well as increases the production efficiency.
