Kombucha Oleohealth with BIO olive polyphenols
Oleohealth® kombucha is a probiotic fermented beverage obtained from sweetened tea fermented by Medusomyces gisevi (a colony of microorganisms, bacteria and yeasts, which coexist symbiotically).
Specifically, the leaves of black tea flavored with bergamot oil (tea known as Earl Grey variety) are cold macerated and probiotic cultures (strains of the genera Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) are added along with the sugar* used for their growth.
It is not pasteurized.
Oleohealth® Kombucha also provides the benefits of olive tree polyphenols, historically known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential, among other properties.
