Dried fruits
Drying is one of the oldest methods to preserve foods and nuts preservation. It is still a common way widely used to preserve foods and raw materials even for home consumption and large scale commercial applications.
We produce dried fruits in two different types: Natural Hot Air System and Freeze Drying System.
In the first method, dried fruits are produced directly from fresh fruits in dryers through some operational steps including washing, sorting, destining and slicing. The sliced fruits pieces are then entered into the dryers and will be dried by screening the temperature and time, while they’ll keep their original color and taste, without losing any nutrient. Our dried fruits are completely natural, without andadditives or preservatives.
Using natural hot air system, we produce dried fruits for:
- Dried Apple
- Dried Orange
- Dried Peach
- Dried Kiwi
- Dried Strawberry
- Dried Persimmons
- Dried onion
- Dried Plum
- Dried Pear
Freeze-drying method refers to the technology of dehydrating frozen vegetables and fruits under a vacuum condition. In this drying process, the raw materials and foods moisture is directly sublimated from solid parts without going through the interface liquid state.
As a very complicate and scientific based process, this method has been firstly used for NASA in order to preserve the foods for its astronauts and aerospace projects. Now, the technology is being more popular for preserving and drying food raw materials, fruits and even meats for the large based industrial applications. As an advantage of this method, the appearance shape, size and color of the final dried products remain very similar to their original frozen materialswith excellent quality and stability.
Similar to the first method, we produce dried fruits for
- Dried Apple
- Dried Orange
- Dried Peach
- Dried Kiwi
- Dried Strawberry
- Dried Persimmons
- Dried Plum
- Dried Pear
- Dried Banana
- Dried Mango
