Mittels Gasinjektion produzieren wir hohle Kunststoffprodukte. Nachdem die Werkzeuge ganz oder teilweise mit flüssigem Kunststoff gefüllt wurde, leiten wir unter konstantem Druck ein inertes Gas ein. So entsteht eine hohle Wand. Diese Technik sorgt für zusätzliche Formbarkeit, ermöglicht Materialeinsparung und besondere Stabilität.
